Identity & Access Management Technologies and Services Line Manager - Your future role?
As the Identity & Access Management Technologies And Services Line Manager In Argenteuil Or Ashford, you will focus on the following activities:
- The Service Owner responsible for all Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient access to information assets across the enterprise.
- Drive the evolution of IAM capabilities from legacy solutions toward a modern, integrated and highly automated IAM platform, enabling secure, user‑centric and scalable access aligned with business and digital evolution needs.
- IAM technologies and services capabilities include: Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Your Further Responsibilities
- Service Ownership & Operations
- Accountable for the IAM technologies and services operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and performance metrics.
- Oversee delivery and lifecycle management of IAM platform services, ensuring standardisation, automation and API‑driven integration across the ecosystem.
- Maintain policy‑driven governance for Identity, Access and Privileged Access solutions, ensuring automated control enforcement.
- Lead service monitoring, incident management, continuous improvement and compliance audits.
- Point of escalation for quality issues and resource use.
- Strategy & Transformation
- Execute a strategic roadmap to converge IAM capabilities (IGA, AM, PAM) into a unified and automated platform aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to align IAM with enterprise security and digital transformation projects.
- Partner with other technologies and services lines to share and align roadmaps and contribute to long‑term overall IT technologies and services evolution.
- Evaluate latest technologies (including AI‑driven) and recommend improvements to strengthen user experience and protection.
- Roadmap Execution
- Define investments needed to deliver the roadmap.
- Approve a product‑oriented technology roadmap, balancing innovation, technical debt reduction, risk, automation and business value delivery.
- Ensure project/product deliveries (e. g., participate to steer‑co, periodic reviews).
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with IT, Security, HR and Business teams to ensure IAM services meet our needs and security obligations.
- Communicate service performance, transformation progress and risks to senior management.
- Manage strategic relationships with technology and service suppliers, including contractual agreements and being an escalation point.
- Risk & Compliance
- Establish access policies aligned with security and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure identity governance through automated certifications, policy‑based controls and monitoring.
- Team Leadership
- Manage a team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their goals.
- Define and lead team structure evolution.
- Develop technical experts and external partners providing IAM services.
- Promote an innovation and automation mindset, encouraging adoption of modern IAM practices (Identity Fabric, Zero Trust, AI‑driven capabilities).
- Ensure upskilling and development of the team.
- Manage all HR processes (goals setting, performance review).
- You Have
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership position (IT manager, IT Security or Program with 20+ people).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an international team player working across countries and at the global level.
- Technical expertise and understanding of IAM domains – IGA, AM, PAM – and related platforms (MS Entra ID/AD, Cyber Ark, Saviynt).
- Security Framework Knowledge: experience with Zero Trust implementation, least privilege, and modern authentication (OIDC, SAML, passwordless).
- Experience leading large‑scale IAM transformation toward integrated and automated platforms.
- Experience with implementation of information technology integrations in a large division/company.
- Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL process for operational execution and operational service delivery management expertise.
