As a Fine Fragrance Quality Business Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to shape how we deliver exceptional and reproducible quality for our prestige Fine Fragrance clients. By aligning and uniting multiple functions around a common end-to-end strategy, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent excellence, customer satisfaction, and long‑term business success. The position is based in Vernier, Switzerland and reports to our Head of Global Quality Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of our prestige Fine Fragrance clients’ business strategies.
  • Lead a cross‑functional effort with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Work with relevant functions (Procurement, FIM, House of Naturals, Creation & Development, Operations, and Quality Management) to identify the implications of Fine Fragrance product quality and customer satisfaction on their strategies and define necessary adjustments.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute an internally aligned end‑to‑end Fine Fragrance Quality business strategy.
  • Highlight and escalate conflicting priorities to Senior Management to support risk management and resolution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and maintain the Prestige Fine Fragrance Customer Satisfaction Dashboard to provide visibility of results.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a matrix organization, with substantial exposure to Quality Assurance / Quality Control activities within Perfumery.
  • Proficient in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of motivating others and working effectively across all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations, manage multiple priorities, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of laboratory operations, production methods, and quality control systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Broad-based knowledge of product technologies, applications, ingredients, and product safety principles, including global standards and regulations.
  • Understanding of sensory principles and data analysis from sensory evaluations.
