Your future role? As an Access Management Technology Manager in Argenteuil, Ashford or Budapest, you will lead and drive Givaudan Access Management Product Roadmap taking into account existing and legacy landscape (OpenAM, LDAP, MS AD,…) and the transition to MS EntraID. You will be the owner of all Access Management Technologies & Components and responsible for Information Security compliance and IAM strategy alignment. You will work mainly with all our IAM stakeholders as well as other Technology Managers, Architects, Project Managers and Engineers from Endpoints (WPS), Network (NDI) Computing (ECS) teams.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build & maintain our sustainable Access Management Product/Technology roadmap aligned with our IT strategy
- Design & build and document our new Access Management Product/Technologies.
- Enable our Business strategy easing implementation of validated priorities & projects taking care of AM alignment (Season planning participation)
- MS/EntraID Corporate solution with conditional accesses & configurations aligned with security Architect recommendations
- Accountable of configuration, Testing, Training & documentation of our AM product & components
- Ensure smooth products transition with our existing Access Management landscape
- Accountable for IT processes respect on regards of Access Management from Design, Evolutions to Hand Over to Operations
- Technology watch to recommend evolution of your AM product & components
- Coordination with Identity Governance & administration and Privileged Access Management (Lead at a later stage)
- Collaborate with Architects, Technology managers, to review and maintain the Access Management Roadmap
- Work with Infosec, & IT&O teams to identify and refine AM requirements & roadmaps alignment
- Keep close to technology trends to propose new components and ideas for Access Management improvements
- Document & communicate your AM product toward IT stakeholders & organizations following Operating Model in place
- Anticipate & suggest organisational/process/data/configuration evolutions to increase authorisations and access Management efficiency, propose relevant system upgrades & adaptations
- Design, Build and Document Product Technology evolution (around Microsoft EntraID)
- Translate AM requirements into AM features or evolution
- Support estimation and assessment effort for AM new evolutions (projects) or improvement setup & configurations (conditional access)
- Prioritize AM backlog definition and refinement (acceptance criteria definition)
- Conduct necessary analysis to deliver of the high-level AM specifications
- Lead workshops and tests to understand, then validate E2E AM design aligned with IT & security requirements contributing to the overall deliverable quality.
- Provide detailed solution specifications and prototype, and ensure validation of definitions and goals
- Configure or Collaborate & Communicate with the IT engineers to develop our AM assets & deliveries
- Ensure overall consistency of all AM Technology elements and E2E Product accessibilities aligned with our cybersecurity policies (IGA, AM, PAM)
- Assist & ease necessary change management supports, training, organizational procedures or user guide when applicable.
- Participate to Hand Over to Operation (Support L1 & l2) for Product/Technology evolutions with Transfer to Operation team and Project Manager (if any)
You have:
- Proven Microsoft Professional (certified or equivalent experience) – Mastering Microsoft offer/licensing
- 8+ years with international organisations as Access Management professional experiencing complex technological environments with mix technologies
- Full E2E understanding of cybersecurity risks
- Full mastering of all IT technical layers/components (from Computing to endpoint though Networks)
- A proven expertise of Microsoft Entra_ID platform (translating Security patterns to conditional accesses)
- Familiar with IT product/technology Management
- Good communication written and verbal in English
- Experience in facilitation, interviews, workshops animation is a plus
- Cybersecurity engineer background with ZeroTrust knowledge is a plus
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Jira) and ITIL Certification is a plus
