As a Warehouse Section Leader, you\’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
Our operation in Faversham are looking for candidates who can commit to night shifts either 18:00 – 04:00 or 20:00 – 06:00, on a 4 on, 3 off rota.

What will you do & what will you need
You will provide clear communication and feedback to colleagues, understand and deliver operational plans, support safety and escalate incidents, manage KPIs, coach colleagues, support training, conduct return-to-work interviews, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. You should have a good understanding of warehouse management systems, risk identification, and innovative leadership skills.
