As a Warehouse Coordinator you’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food(replace M&S food with products if primary)

Our operation inHemel are looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on / 4 off, 6am-6pm day shift

What will you do & what will you need

As part of your role you will liaise with customers confirming daily orders and queries and check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers. Create pre-advices, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested. Oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff and provide a thorough handover to end of shift. Take regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked and deliver the involve agenda through effective leadership.

Ideally, you will have a team player attitude, be able to recognise and lend a hand where necessary, have a strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance and good relationship building skills.
