We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Thatcham depot. This is an exciting opportunity to support operational performance, drive cost transformation, and influence key business decisions in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. Ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PAY AND BENEFITS
- Circa £55,000
- Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Partner with the Thatcham depot to provide financial support and drive cost transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls to safeguard assets and minimise financial risk.
- Lead weekly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
- Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews, providing insightful commentary to operational teams.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, oversee depot balance sheet ownership, and support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
