We’re growing our warehouse team in Lenziemill, Cumbernauld, and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

- Shift & Pay Details
- 16, 24 or 40 hours per week
- 40 - Any 5 from 7 rotating pattern / 24 - Fri, Sat, Sun / 16 - Fri, Sat or Sat, Sun
- 09:30-18:00
- £13.3759 per hour increasing to £13.6120 after 6 months
- Overtime and unsocial/weekend premiums - up to £18.0575 per hour / £18.3762 per hour

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
- Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
- Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
Full PPE is provided.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
