As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for all administrative and clerical non-operational tasks, as directed by the team manager and in accordance with customer requirements. Our operation in Wardpark are looking for candidates who can commit to any 5 out of 7 shift pattern, working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 12:00-20:30.

What will you do
- To liaise with both the Warehouse and Transport departments and ensure their smooth operation by supporting with administrative processes
- Deal with any issues that arise with customer paperwork
- To produce and collate specific reports and be flexible around daily requests for this
- To ensure paperwork is archived correctly
- To assist in customer, supplier and site queries
- Managing PODs
- Inputting data to both internal and external systems
- General administrative duties as deemed necessary
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
