About the role
Location: Ward Park - Cumbernauld
Hourly rate: £22.30 per hour, Unsocial Premium (£27.87 per hour), Premium for unsocial hours at weekends (£30.10 per hour)
Shift Patterns: Any 5 of 7 on a rolling 4 weekly rota of days and backshift. 3 weeks on days (6:00am - 2:30pm / 7:00am – 3:30pm / 8:00am – 4:30pm – whichever of the three works best for you), and 1 week on backshift (1:30pm -22:00pm)

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
- HGV experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Class 1 license is desirable, but if you don’t have it, we will support with this
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll keep our HGVs and trailers performing at their best through expert servicing and maintenance that meets the highest safety and performance standards
- Use your technical expertise to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical faults
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance with confidence, delivering effective first-time fixes that keep operations moving
- Work to manufacturer guidelines, using the latest technology and best practices to maintain a reliable, efficient modern fleet
- Maintain clear, accurate records of all work completed, supporting compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
