As a Change Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of change and key business priorities across the Thatcham site from central & depot led initiatives.
The Change Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager will be an analytical and proactive individual, you\’ll possess a strong drive to implement better, more efficient processes, lead and support project delivery and drive the accuracy agenda. You’ll be a highly organised individual who can communicate across all levels of the business to ensure business critical messages are delivered accurately.
