The Opportunity

Our Solutions and Optimisation team have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly organised PMO Coordinator where you will provide exceptional PMO support to the Logistics Network Transformation Programme. This is a newly created role, and we are ideally looking for someone to be based in the Midlands, as travel will be required to both our Avonmouth and Daventry project sites and London as and when required.

What you'll be doing

  • Reporting into the Programme Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive PMO support, maintaining key documentation (RAID/RAIDD logs, RACIs, change control, invoicing) and ensuring audit readiness.
  • You will prepare and coordinate project governance forums, reporting and stakeholder presentations to enable informed decision-making and sign-off.
  • You will develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, tracking times, costs, quality, issues, and risks as well analysing and manipulating data to drive actions, monitor performance and measure success.
  • This role will see you coordinating cross functional internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely risk mitigation.
  • You will support and facilitate workshops covering requirements gathering, process mapping, interdependencies and risk identification and build strong business relationships promoting best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience of working in a PMO, Project or Programme management team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project tools.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to form relationships, challenge, influence and inform others.
  • Good knowledge or project management methodologies such as waterfall or agile.
  • Strong presentational skills able to deliver project updates and statuses to differing stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex and fast paced projects and project tracking.

Role details:

  • Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum + Bonus
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
