We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Finance team, based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, with regular travel to Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to support operational performance, drive cost transformation, and influence key business decisions in a fast‐paced, values‐driven environment. Ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PAY AND BENEFITS

  • Circa £55,000
  • Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Partner with the Enfield depot to provide financial support and drive cost transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls to safeguard assets and minimise financial risk.
  • Lead weekly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews, providing insightful commentary to operational teams.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, oversee depot balance sheet ownership, and support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
