We’re looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join our Finance team, which can either be based in Basingstoke with regular travel to Crewe or based on‑site in Crewe.
This is an exciting opportunity to support operational performance, drive cost transformation, and influence key business decisions in a fast‑paced, values‑driven environment.
Ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Monday – Friday (37.5 hours a week)

- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your key accountabilities will include
- Partnering with the operational leadership team in Crewe to provide financial support and drive cost transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls to safeguard assets and minimise financial risk.
- Lead weekly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
- Conduct weekly and monthly financial reviews, providing insightful commentary to operational teams.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, oversee depot balance sheet ownership, and support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
