In this role, you will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Vehicle Maintenance Unit, ensuring smooth fleet operations through accurate data management and organised workflow. You will handle invoice processing, prepare and run reports, maintain up-to-date fleet records, and monitor the overdue service planner to keep essential information current. Your work will involve providing reliable administrative support to the wider VMU team, contributing to a well-coordinated and efficient operation.

To succeed, you will need strong organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft Office applications, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy environment.

Our operation in Faversham is looking for candidates who can commit to a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working between the hours of 08:00-16:00, on a temporary contract of 12 months.
