We're looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about communications and looking to build a successful career in the industry. You'll play a key role in keeping communications running smoothly across our business, helping to coordinate campaigns, colleague communications, events and content that connect thousands of colleagues across the UK. Working alongside experienced communications professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience across internal communications, events, content production and stakeholder management, making this an ideal opportunity to learn, grow and develop.

Role details:
- Salary: Up to £34,000
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday-Hybrid
- Location: Paddington, London (required on Mondays) with regular travel to Gist locations across the UK as required
What you'll do:
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Own and manage the communications schedule, ensuring messages are planned, coordinated and delivered through the most effective channels.
- Coordinate the distribution of colleague communications across multiple platforms, helping ensure messaging is clear, consistent and reaches the right audiences at the right time.
- Support the planning and delivery of colleague events, meetings and weekly business updates, managing logistics, communications and stakeholder coordination.
- Act as the central point for communications requests, helping prioritise activity, track progress and keep projects moving smoothly.
- Manage key administrative processes including supplier coordination, purchase orders, budgets, invoices and the Communications inbox.
- Maintain and organise communications assets, including photography and digital content libraries, ensuring resources are easy to access and effectively utilised.
- Provide support for content creation activities, including proof reading, video production coordination and liaising with external creative partners.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business, providing guidance and support to help communications and campaigns achieve maximum impact.

- Experience in Communications, Marketing, PR, Events or Administration would be beneficial but is not essential. Internships, volunteering, university projects or other relevant experience are welcomed.
