We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Bedworth. As a Transport Coordinator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

Shift Pattern & Location:

  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern (40.25)
  • Working days 9am-9pm
  • Bedworth site

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for drivers, managing briefs, debriefs, and resolving queries effectively.
  • Ensure legal O-licence compliance and deliver operational excellence across cost, service, and peak planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving and escalating live operational issues where required.
  • Monitor route performance, ensuring timely delivery, processing supplier queries and escalating issues to the Team Manager when appropriate.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including payroll, holidays, Kronos exceptions, and scheduling.
  • Support admin and export, ensuring export compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of administration in a busy transport environment.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
