The predicted salary is between 30015 - 35000 £ per year.

As part of your role you will brief and debrief Drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back. Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for Operational excellence, including Peak planning/delivery. Provide the highest level of customer care and find resolutions/escalation of live issues. Monitor all routes ensuring they are running on time and escalate to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. Effective time management is required to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided using Kronos exceptions & Schedules. Conduct daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries, holidays, etc.

Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy transport environment, be PC literate with Word and Excel experience, and have great attention to detail.

Our operation in Barnsley is looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator working a 4 on 4 off shift between the hours of 18:00 - 06:00.
