Location: Flexible UK â ideal location would be around the Midlands as there is a regular travel requirement across our network covering the whole of the UK, with potential occasional overseas travel.

We are looking for Project Engineers to deliver projects across their full life cycle, from initial concept through to commissioning and handover. In this role, you will lead projects from design through to onâsite implementation, ensuring systems are tested, meet performance requirements, and infrastructures are successfully transitioned into operational use.
You will act as the key link between planning and executionâcoordinating stakeholders, solving problems, and translating designs into practical, reliable solutions that support operational outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure all technology and building designs meet engineering standards and drive our Net Zero Carbon goals.
- Support the Lead Engineering Manager through feasibility, concept, Request for information and tender stages, delivering projects on time, on budget and to standard.
- Oversee flawless installation delivery by technical suppliers and building contractors.
- Keep site engineering teams informed and engaged with clear, regular project updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience within an FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction or Logistics company.
- Experienced in project management and delivery.
- Engineering qualification and/or experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable analysis and problemâsolving capabilities.
- Good presentation, communication, and strong decisionâmaking skills.
- Highly motivated by the challenge of continuous improvement and value engineering required for project delivery.
- Selfâmotivated individual who champions breakthrough ideas and initiatives - confronts & works to resolve tough issues.
- Effective and clear communication (written & verbal) to influence peer group/senior management.
- Proficient with MS Office & ability to read / interpret drawings, generation of AutoCAD drawings an advantage.
