As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for support the Operation Manager in the smooth running of the Warehouse operation, which range from outload to the value added operation.
Our operation in Chesterfield are looking for a candidate who can commit to a 40.25 hour working week, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working between the hours of 7am till 7pm.

- Structured leadership style enabling the team around you to be the very best they can be
- The ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and where possible develop solutions to mitigate these
- Contribute to the implementation of new ways to improve performance Service
- Good communication skills
