As a Warehouse Section Leader, you\’ll play a key role at the center of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favorite M&S food.

Our operation in insert site name is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 3 off shift pattern, working 38 hours per week between the hours of either 18:00 – 04:00 or 20:00 – 06:00.

What will you do & what will you need?

You will provide clear communication and ongoing feedback to colleagues, understand and deliver the operational plan, support safety concerns, and be responsible for delivering operational KPIs. You will support onboarding and training, undertake return-to-work interviews, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. You will also create an inclusive environment where colleagues feel heard and valued.

Ideally, you will have a good understanding of warehouse management systems, the ability to identify risks and develop solutions, and demonstrate innovative leadership to improve performance.
