As a Warehouse Section Leader, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, contributing to customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our Thatcham operation is looking for candidates who can commit to any 4 out of 7 shift pattern, working 37.5 hours per week starting from 18:00 onwards.

What will you do & what will you need?

You will communicate clearly and provide ongoing feedback, understand and deliver against operational plans, support safety, and support induction and training of colleagues. You should have a good understanding of warehouse management systems, risk identification, and innovative leadership skills.
