Join the team keeping M&S stocked this summer. We’re growing our warehouse team in Portbury and are looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain. If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for consistent hours with opportunities to progress, we’d love to hear from you.

Shift & Pay Details

  • 40 hours per week
  • 1x Thursday - Sunday 12:00 - 22:30
  • 1x Friday - Monday 12:00 - 22:30
  • 1x Wednesday - Sunday 14:00 - 22:30
  • £13.95 per hour
  • Overtime and unsocial/weekend premiums

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
  • Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
  • Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
  • Working as part of a busy warehouse team

Full PPE is provided.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast‑paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
  • Reliable and hardworking
