What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning vehicle movements and managing daily transport operations
- Supporting drivers and operational teams throughout the shift
- Managing rotas and transport resources effectively
- Responding quickly to operational challenges and customer requirements
- Ensuring compliance with driver regulations and WTD
- Working closely with colleagues across shifts to maintain service levels
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Shift Pattern
4 on 4 off, 12‑hour shifts, Nights: 18:30 – 06:30. Providing great work/life balance with plenty of time off built into your rota.

- £31,365 basic salary

What we’re looking for
Ideally, You’ll Have
- Experience working within transport planning or logistics operations
- Knowledge of drivers’ hours, WTD, and transport compliance
- Experience working in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- National or International CPC (preferred but not essential)
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in delivering a great operation.
