Thatcham and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

- Shift & Pay Details
- 40 hours per week
- Any 5 from 7
- Night shift: 16:00-00:00 or 18:00-02:30
- Basic pay rate per hour £13.37 before probation, increasing to £14.29 after
- Night shift rate of £16.71 before probation, increasing to £17.86 after

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
- Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
- Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
