Salary: Up to £67,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday - Friday with flexibility to meet the business needs

What you’ll do:
- You will plan and deliver all operations transport activities through your team of Transport Shift Managers, to ensure the required level of service is provided
- Effectively motivate, manage and inspire your team to develop and grow the skills of their team
- Drive Continuous Improvement within the operation
- Provide inspirational leadership to your team and work in partnership with M&S & our customers to ensure productivity, accuracy and cost targets are met and exceeded
Who you are:
- Experience of working in a large, complex transport function - ideally within temperature controlled/FMCG distribution
- A passion for encouraging teamwork, with an innovative approach to leadership
- CPC License
- An analytical mindset with a good understanding of reporting and recording performance statistics
- Relevant transport management systems knowledge
- Flexibility to work within a fast-paced 24/7 business
