- Supporting contractor management, permits to work and engineering compliance.
- Managing engineering tools, equipment and critical spare parts.
- Supporting engineering resource planning, including shift cover and annual leave.
- Assisting with engineering budgets, invoice management and cost control.
- Participating in site audits, operational meetings and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Deputising for the Site Engineering Manager whenever required.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within facilities engineering, building services or industrial maintenance.
- Previous experience working within a large logistics, manufacturing, distribution or transport environment.
- A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above or equivalent).

- Experience working safely within a highly regulated environment.
- The confidence to lead engineering activity and support others within the team.
- Experience working within a unionised environment would be advantageous.

- A collaborative engineering team with real opportunities to influence.
