As a Retail Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our operation in Bedworth is looking for candidates who can commit to a Monday to Friday shift, working between 15:00 - 23:00.

What will you do & what will you need:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of a transport function within the FMCG Distribution Industry.
- Experience in customer service is preferable.
- A passion for encouraging teamwork, focusing on creating an innovative culture where all employees can voice their suggestions and ideas.
- An analytical and strategic mind-set.
- Some flexibility in working times, days, and locations.
Customer Service:
- Ensuring stores have a positive experience by resolving complaints, addressing issues, and ensuring that our service level is kept to a high standard.
- Use service metric & KPI reports to identify any service trends, and address as appropriate.
- Coordinate and arrange manual orders for stores as and when required.
Operational Excellence:
- Build and maintain relationships with both the Depot & Network Planning team and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to service requirements of stores.
- Build and maintain relationships with central store services & Regional Retail Service Managers.
- Analyze and suggest improvements to current processes to enhance customer satisfaction and/or cost efficiency within the frozen operation.
Delivery Accuracy:
- Work collaboratively with our third-party warehouse provider to identify, address, and improve any picking inaccuracies.
- Work collaboratively with the transport team and third-party warehouse provider to minimize any loading or delivery errors to stores.
People:
- Help support training and ensure that employees understand company procedures and customer service expectations.
- Support with covering duties of peer group during periods of holiday & absence: Transport Coordinator, Supplier Coordinator, Export Coordinator.
- Cover some duties for the Customer Service Manager during periods of holiday & absence.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing reports, tracking performance metrics, and processing service-related paperwork.
- Assist with any administrative duties and/or projects as required by the Customer Service Manager or the wider site management team.
