Gist Limited in Portbury is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a busy cold chain operation on a fixed Sunday–Thursday late shift (2:00pm–10:30pm). You will manage teams, drive performance, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations in partnership with the Warehouse Operations Manager.
You will develop people, optimize productivity and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver outstanding results for one of the UK’s leading food supply chains.
