Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | 09:00 to 17:00 (A level of flexibility is expected to ensure effective operational coverage)

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all export processes are delivered in a cost-effective, compliant, and service-focused manner.
  • Oversee export documentation, reporting, administrative workflows, and data accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Admin & Export team, building capability and succession.
  • Chair daily/weekly/quarterly service reviews with M&S and communicate operational performance clearly.
  • Work closely with our warehouse partner to ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Amivet, to maintain stock availability.
  • Review and optimise export processes to support efficiency, compliance, and future growth.
  • Manage a suite of KPIs across the export operation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are understood and met.
  • Support planning activities to ensure the operation can meet growth projections and changing customer needs.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in export operations, logistics administration, or supply chain management.
  • Skilled at building credible, professional relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • An excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to convey expectations clearly.
  • Highly organised with strong numerical and analytical ability, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
  • Naturally enthusiastic, proactive, and open to learning and new ideas.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and confident in coaching and developing others.
  • Experienced in food logistics or retail supply chain (highly desirable).
  • Understanding of retail store operations (beneficial).
