We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our busy FMCG operation in Thatcham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment and enjoys working with a dynamic, high-performing team.
As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly, KPIs are delivered, and our people are supported to perform at their best.
