As a Transport Coordinator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our operation in Hemel is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 40.25 hours per week between the hours of 06:00 and 18:00.

What Will You Do & What Will You Need
As part of your role, you will liaise with customers confirming daily orders and queries and check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers. Create pre‑advices, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested. Oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff and provide a thorough handover to end of shift. Take regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked and deliver the involved agenda through effective leadership. Ideally, you will have a team player attitude, be able to recognise and lend a hand where necessary, have a strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance and good relationship building skills.
