Gist Limited is seeking an experienced People Partner for our Faversham depot on a 12-month fixed-term basis, reporting to the Senior People Partner for the South of the UK.
You will work with the General Manager to shape the depot's People plan and provide practical, high‑quality support to strengthen leadership, performance and engagement across the site.
