Who you are:

  • Experience: 5+ years in compensation management or total rewards, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in logistics, Supply Chain or Distribution.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools and HR systems.
  • Advanced understanding of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation approach; Hay is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and pay gap reporting; ROI experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
