Join the team keeping M&S stocked this summer. We’re growing our warehouse team in Faversham and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain. If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for consistent hours with opportunities to progress, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift & Pay Details
- 40 hours per week
- Nights, start times of 18:00, 20:00 or 22:00.
- Any 5 from 7
- £13.79 per hour, rising to £14.97 after 6 months
- Overtime and unsocial/weekend premiums of up to £5.24

What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
- Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
- Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
Full PPE is provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast‑paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
