Role Details
- Salary: £40‑42,000 (DOE)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Working pattern: Monday‑Friday plus opportunities to work from home in a hybrid model
- Location: Near Daventry or Basingstoke sites
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and other digital tools
- Create engaging digital content: videos, guides, toolkits, presentations, blended learning resources
- Support development of new induction experience and other key business projects
- Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Work closely with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information into practical, engaging learning solutions
- Support improvements in learner engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and compliance performance
- Continuously review and improve learning content to maintain relevance, accessibility, and impact
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience designing and developing eLearning content
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent authoring tools
- Experience administering and maintaining learning content within an LMS
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning experiences
- Strong visual design and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement
Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, construction, or other operational environments is a plus.
