Gist Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Shift Manager for our Portbury operation, leading a late shift (Sun–Thu, 2:00pm–10:30pm) in a fast-paced cold chain environment. You will drive performance, manage daily operations and work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager to deliver safe, efficient results.
You will recruit, onboard and develop high-performing teams, champion safety and ensure productive collaboration with agencies and stakeholders to meet volumes and targets.
