We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Chesterfield on a 4 on 4 off basis. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, helping deliver the products our customers rely on every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring stock is managed accurately throughout the warehouse.
- Liaising with customers regarding daily orders and operational queries.
- Checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers.
- Creating pre‑advice documentation and stock reports.
- Completing traceability checks and stock audits.
- Coordinating warehouse activities including picking and decant operations.
- Allocating work across the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitoring stock rotation to ensure correct product selection.
- Providing clear shift handovers to maintain operational continuity.
- Supporting safe working practices and promoting a positive team culture.
