As a Transport Coordinator, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our operation in Carlisle is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 0700 - 1900.

Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern from 0700 to 1900
Location: Carlisle, CA1 3NQ
What will you do & what will you need:
- As part of your role you will brief and debrief drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back to Accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for operational excellence i.e. cost and service including peak planning/delivery.
- Provide the highest level of customer care and find resolutions/escalation of live issues.
- The monitoring of all routes ensuring all routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate.
- Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided using Kronos exceptions & schedules.
- Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries, holidays etc.
- Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy transport environment, be PC literate with word and excel experience and have great attention to detail.
