Gist Limited is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support our change and transformation agenda, working with operational, technical and project teams to capture and shape business needs into clear requirements. Based in Chineham with a hybrid policy, you will develop governance, templates and dashboards, and help embed structured ways of working across the programme.
You will design stage gates, manage Jira/PMO tooling, drive continuous improvement of processes and reporting, and collaborate.
