We're looking for a talented Content Creator to transform the way Gist tells its stories. This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to shape the look and feel of communications across one of the UK's leading logistics businesses. From filming leadership messages and colleague stories to capturing major events and creating compelling campaigns, you'll be at the heart of how we engage, inspire and connect with our people. Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5 hours Per Week
Working pattern: Monday-Friday
Working hours: 9-5pm
Location: Hybrid, with frequent travel across the UK to Gist locations, including Paddington

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead the creation of engaging video, photography and visual content that brings Gist's stories, people and campaigns to life.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, from creative concept development and filming through to editing and post-production.
  • Capture compelling content across our sites, events and operations, showcasing the people and moments that make Gist unique.
  • Refresh and elevate the visual identity of colleague communications, social media content and business campaigns through innovative design and storytelling.
  • Design branded templates, creative assets and communication tools that enable teams to self-serve while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support colleague events with high-impact visual content and engaging communication experiences that go beyond traditional presentations.
  • Manage content production schedules and maintain an organised library of digital assets.
  • Champion emerging technologies, including AI-enabled creative tools, to continuously improve content quality, efficiency and audience engagement.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven experience in video production, filming and editing
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to turn business messages into engaging creative content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software
  • Experience filming interviews and coaching contributors to feel confident on camera
  • Strong design skills with an excellent eye for layout, typography and brand application
  • Experience capturing and editing professional photography
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently when required
