Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in user acquisition and mobile app marketing – with core expertise in various mobile ad networks – Applovin, Mintegral, IronSource, Unity ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make tactical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize & scale ad campaigns to maximize profit (mobile ad networks – Applovin, Mintegral, Iron Source, Unity ads)
- Analyze ad campaign results using various tools including Tableau, Appsflyer, Excel, etc.
- Work with various payment models: CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI
- Work with different bidding strategies
- Analyze massive amounts of data and make the right data-informed decisions
- Monitor user behavior and derive insights from user data, report regularly on results, and share insights with creative producers and product marketing managers
