Requirements
- Experience as a creative producer in the performance marketing (would be nice: field of healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness) min 6 months (1 year+ will be an advantage)
- Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
- Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
- Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategy and content that effectively attracts users
- Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independency and willingness to push the processes
- Flexibility and adaptability to fast changing
Responsibilities
- Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application
- Working closely with the Product, UA team to identify key features and advantages of the application, try different collaborative approaches to boost the performance
- Optimizing creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
- Conducting competitors research to analyze best practices on the market
- Creating advertisements for META, Google and other networks
- Organizing brainstorms with the team
- Writing the briefs for UGC, evaluating results, making reworks to increase the results
- Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
- Ability to balance creativity with performance goals
- Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking
- Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms
