Gisela Graham (www.giselagraham.co.uk) seeks a brilliant intern for her styling/display department, based at her elegant 350m2 showrooms near Elephant & Castle. We’re internationally known for our seasonal merchandise: Christmas, Easter, Spring and Autumn, most of which we design ourselves; plus, our extensive home décor ranges. The whole range runs to about 4500 items which we update every year.
The job entails joining the display team in regular styling and maintaining the showrooms in London and Antwerp, Belgium; also setting up our 300m2 stand at a UK trade fair in January. We also need to provide a flow of high-quality photographic content for our trade and consumer websites and social media. So it would be useful if you have some photographic experience.
This is an interesting opportunity for someone who’s recently graduated (ideally with a first-class degree!) from art college - gained in visual merchandising or content for online traders. Friendly, creative atmosphere always varied and occasionally hectic - with opportunities for career development. It’s a great start for a career to gain experience in a respected and well-known company. The person we need will live in or around London.
