Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Salesforce developer to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing robust applications on the Force platform.
In this highly technical and collaborative role, you will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development: Build custom applications, user interfaces, and business logic using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Low-Code Automation: Leverage declarative tools like Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes where appropriate before resorting to custom code.
- System
Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications (ERP, marketing tools, third-party systems) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Write comprehensive unit test classes to ensure proper code coverage, and assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deployment & Release Management: Manage code migrations and deployments across sandboxes, UAT, and production environments using version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintenance & Support: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of proven, hands-on experience in Salesforce software development.
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers), SOQL, and web technologies, including Java Script, HTML, and CSS.
- UI/UX Skills: Hands-on experience building dynamic front-ends using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce IDEs and Dev Ops/version control tools ( Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications (e. g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II).
- Experience with integration middleware (Mule Soft).
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of directly facing clients and understanding technical requirements
