Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FieldSupervisor to oversee and manage daily agricultural operations. The Field Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of fieldwork, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of fieldworkers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agriculture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable farming practices.

Job responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
  • Ensure that fieldwork is carried out according to the established schedule and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of fieldworkers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a well-organized and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor crop health, growth, and overall quality.
