We are currently seeking to fill the position of HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition).

Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint an HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition) to lead and provide advisory and operational support across HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent, with a six-month probation period.
  • Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
  • Salary: £33,150 - £41,925 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
