We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Outdoor Learning. This is a full-time, all-year-round role with the opportunity to design and curate a novel and exciting outdoor learning programme across both Schools.

Headington Rye Oxford is a vibrant and welcoming school set in 23 acres of playing fields and grounds on the outskirts of Oxford. The school is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, pastoral support, and a wide range of extracurricular opportunities.
The successful candidate will lead the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) programme at all levels, develop and coach outdoor activities, and seek opportunities to enhance outdoor skills among pupils.
