We are currently seeking to fill the position of ePlus Receptionist.
Details
The Junior School is recruiting for an ePlus Receptionist to join the department on a permanent, part-time, term-time basis. The role is available immediately (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). Hours are Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm during term time. The salary is on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales C, ranging from £10,988 to £11,313 pro-rated per annum, depending on skills and experience.
The ePlus Receptionist will provide an efficient, friendly, and welcoming service to families using ePlus, ensuring the secure collection of children in collaboration with colleagues and overseeing the booking system.
The ideal candidate will be a kind, enthusiastic, and responsible individual who prioritizes children\’s interests and works well within a team. Experience working with children and strong organizational skills are required.
