The Development and Alumnae Coordinator leads all communications with our alumnae community.
The Development and Alumnae department plays an integral role in building an engaged community and fostering a culture of giving at St Swithun's. The Coordinator is responsible for all communications with our alumnae, including writing and producing the OGA Chain magazine (the annual alumnae publication) and the monthly OGA e-News bulletin. Through building vital relationships, the Coordinator helps our alumnae community stay connected to the school and each other. The post holder actively seeks engagement opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent role with usual working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Candidates seeking a part-time role (minimum 30 hours per week) are encouraged to apply. Some weekend and evening work may be required, with flexible hours to accommodate this.
