The successful candidate will report to the Head of Estates and Facilities for the Trust, working closely together to implement a new culture of quality at this high performing school. With a focus on compliance management, you will know what 'excellent' looks like, utilising your knowledge to build audit processes and effective record management processes. Responsible for the effective management and motivation of a small team, you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the school estate. Using your outstanding communication and people skills, you will have the ability to effectively manage the team to deliver high quality service. You will be given tools and support to succeed in this role, from strong leadership focused on the same goals and outcomes.
